Elegant and minimalist, this townhouse offers a cozy atmosphere from the first moment. Just 2 minutes from Los Lances beach, it is perfect for large families or kite surfers, with capacity for 10 people and 5 bedrooms. It has a patio with chill-out area, air conditioning hot/cold, equipped kitchen, sea views and private parking space. Ideal to enjoy the sea and observe the kitesurfing conditions at all times from a comfortable and charming house.
This townhouse has a separate entrance from the street and is distributed over 3 floors. Upon entering, we are greeted by a patio with storage space for kitesurfing equipment and a storage room with washer and dryer. From the patio, a flight of stairs leads to the spacious and bright living-dining room with open kitchen and dining table. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa with coffee table and Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with shower and access to an interior patio with chill-out area, ideal for reading, resting or sharing a drink. It also has an outdoor table for outdoor meals.
On the upper floor is the sleeping area, with four bedrooms with 160 cm beds and chests of drawers for storing clothes. Two of them have access to a small shared terrace, while the other two enjoy a terrace overlooking the sea, partially outdoors and partially roofed with chill-out area. The four bedrooms share a full bathroom with Italian shower.
The third floor houses the master suite, with beautiful sea views from the bed. It has a private bathroom inside the room, a 180 cm bed, a chest of drawers and two large terraces on both sides. Imagine waking up every morning contemplating the Atlantic Ocean.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its patio, private terraces and off-street parking. The accommodation has a private entrance and the patio has an outdoor shower, hose and space for surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washer/dryer, fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals just like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and some of the best restaurants in the area, such as Surla, Papaya or Pueblo Nómada, with a wide offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby you will also find the promenade with a bike/skate path to walk along the coast, as well as a park with games for children. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.
The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In only 3 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in 5 minutes the bus station and cab rank. In about 15 minutes, strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is less than 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket within a few minutes drive.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
