Elegant and minimalist, this beautiful townhouse offers a cozy atmosphere from the first moment. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, private outdoor parking, a large storage room for sports equipment, a terrace with jacuzzi and another to enjoy spectacular sunsets, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the dune of Punta Paloma. With capacity for 6 people, it is ideal for families looking for a comfortable and charming vacation.

This townhouse has an independent entrance from the street, through a flight of stairs, and is distributed over 4 floors. Entering through the front door, you can go up to the living-dining room or down to the basement. In the basement we find a large space with washing machine and plenty of storage, plus a hose to clean the sports equipment. From here you also have direct access to the parking space, which is very convenient for loading kitesurfing equipment or bicycles in the car.

Going upstairs, we reach the living-dining room with open kitchen. The space has a table for four people, a puff and a sofa with chaise longue and low table in front of a large Smart TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series. A large window connects the living room with a public garden. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators and a bar with two benches. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with shower.

From the living room, another staircase leads to the sleeping area. The first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, Smart TV, a small desk and a large open closet. The second bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, built-in closet and a small balcony with a high table and two stools. Between the two bedrooms is the second bathroom with shower.

Going up one last flight of stairs, we arrive at the master suite, which has a beautiful bathroom with open shower, desk, coat rack and two terraces. One of them, facing southwest, has two armchairs and a low table to enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Punta Paloma dune and the countryside, perfect for watching spectacular sunsets. The other terrace, larger, has two more armchairs and a Jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terraces with Jacuzzi, a parking space on the street right in front of the house, and a large basement with hose for cleaning and storing surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. Just in front of the living room there is a public garden to enjoy.
The accommodation has a separate entrance and has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washing machine, desk with fast wifi and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located in the area of Albacerrado, a residential area easily accessible by road and close to everything but a little away from the bustle of the center, but still close enough to everything to reach within 5 to 20 minutes walk to almost all points of interest in Tarifa. It is a perfect environment for those looking to disconnect without giving up the proximity to everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In about 5 minutes walk you will reach the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services; in just 10 minutes the charming historic center or the bus station and cab rank. The famous beach of Los Lances is about 15 minutes walk away, the port of Tarifa about 20 minutes, and for shopping there is a Lidl just a few minutes drive away.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
