Cozy partially renovated townhouse that maintains the essence of the Andalusian patio, merging traditional charm with modernity. It is located very close to the lively main street of Tarifa, a few minutes from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and the historic center. With capacity for 6 people, it has 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor parking space and air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house, offering comfort and style in every corner.

This townhouse has a separate entrance from the street and is distributed on 2 floors. Upon entering, we are greeted by a living-dining room with open kitchen, table for six people and sofa with coffee table in front of the Smart TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series. There is also a full bathroom with shower. A large window connects the living room with the Andalusian patio. This outdoor space combines a covered area with storage and washing machine, and an outdoor area for relaxing, with sofa and low table, surrounded by typical antique tiles and plants.

From the living room, a staircase leads to the sleeping area. The first double bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a coat rack. Another flight of stairs leads to the second bedroom, with two 90 cm single beds, to the second bathroom with shower, to the third bedroom with 160 cm double bed and closet, and finally to a room with sofa and desk with access to a small balcony overlooking the Andalusian courtyard.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the patio and street parking. It has a private entrance and the patio has a hose for cleaning surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. The accommodation has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washing machine, desk with fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located in the urbanization El Recreo, a residential area easily accessible by road and close to everything, but a little away from the hustle and bustle of the center. From the apartment, in 5-15 minutes walk you can reach almost all points of interest in Tarifa. An ideal environment for those looking to disconnect without giving up the proximity to everything the city has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In just 2 minutes walk you will reach the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, or the bus station and cab rank. In less than 10 minutes you will be in the charming historic center or on the famous beach of Los Lances, the port of Tarifa is about 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket just a few minutes away as well.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
