The space

A modern house that maintains the essence of an Andalusian patio. Large, spacious, and comfortable, it features a first floor with a small full bathroom, a large, new, fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living room with a sofa, a Smart TV, and access to the private backyard. From the entrance staircase, we access the second floor, which houses four bedrooms, a small patio balcony, and a second full bathroom. The garage door has a permanent driveway that can be used for a car.

Neighborhood description

El Recreo is a quiet neighborhood for families from Tarifa. Just a few meters away is Avenida Batalla del Salado, one of Tarifa's main streets, leading to the old town and where you'll find many local businesses. Supermarkets, fast food restaurants, and other convenience stores are also very close to the apartment. The city center is about a 10-minute walk away.

How to get around the area

It is best to avoid taking the car, and since the house is in a very central area, it is easy to walk to all the places of interest in the town.
