The space
The apartment is located on the second floor and offers a comfortable and functional distribution on a single level. Upon entering, we are greeted by a living-dining room with open kitchen with island and four stools, a desk and a comfortable sofa with coffee table and Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series.
The living room leads to the sleeping area, which has a full bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one with a 180 cm king size double bed and built-in closet, and the other with two 90 cm single beds, also with built-in closet.

Service and common areas
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including an indoor parking space and a private storage room for storing suitcases or surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports enthusiasts.
The accommodation is located in a building with common areas, such as seasonal communal pool on the rooftop of the building, usually open from June to September, and elevator with direct access to the subway parking for convenience. It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washing machine, desk with fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Centrally located in an area easily accessible by road and close to everything, the environment combines vitality and authenticity. From the apartment, in 5-15 minutes walking distance you can reach most of the points of interest of Tarifa. All around you will find small stores, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, an ideal environment for those who want to enjoy everything the town has to offer without worrying about parking and long walks.

How to get around the area
The best way to move around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, nice and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. Leaving the building you will find the lively main street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services. In just 5 minutes walk you will reach the bus station and cab rank, the charming historic center or the famous beach of Los Lances. The port of Tarifa is about 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket nearby.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.

If the elevator is not working, you have to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment.
