If you walk in the opposite direction, in less than 10 minutes you'll reach the seafront promenade and the famous Playa de Los Lances, ideal for kitesurfing, sunbathing, or watching one of the most beautiful sunsets on the coast.
Despite being centrally located, the apartment's surroundings are quiet and residential, allowing you to rest well at night. Plus, if you're traveling by car, parking is easy and convenient.

Tarifa is easily explored on foot, and from Central | Pool You can forget about the car. For more remote beaches or trips to the Natural Park, we recommend bringing your own vehicle.

Payment terms: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation policy: Full refund (excluding a 3% payment gateway fee) for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning fee.
Other conditions
- Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
- A damage deposit of €300 is required. It will be blocked on your card one day before arrival and will be fully refunded to your credit card within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- All our properties are completely smoke-free, including outdoor areas. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, barbecues are not allowed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in respecting this important rule.
- This property is located in a residential community that serves as a home to many, even though it is a popular holiday destination. We kindly ask you to respect the privacy of our neighbors and their right to a peaceful environment. Please ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM.
