Cozy townhouse for up to 6 people, located in front of the lively main street of Tarifa, just minutes from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and the historic center. Decorated in soft tones and full of clarity, it has 3 bedrooms ideal for relaxing with the family, fully equipped kitchen, bright living room and air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house, offering comfort and style in every corner.

This townhouse has a separate entrance from the street and is distributed over 2 floors. Upon arrival, a patio with table and six chairs invites you to enjoy outdoor meals.
Upon entering, a hallway with hallway furniture and open bar to the fully renovated kitchen leads us to the living-dining room, where we find a small toilet, a table for six people and a sofa with coffee table and puff in front of the Smart TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series. From the living room, a large window overlooks the main street, Batalla del Salado, with its numerous businesses, restaurants and stores, as well as offering some sea views.

Going up the staircase, you access the sleeping area, where a full bathroom with shower and double sink is located in the center of the three bedrooms. The first double bedroom has a 160 cm bed with chest of drawers and views of the main street; the second bedroom has a trundle bed with two 90 cm single beds and a sofa; and the third bedroom has two 90 cm single beds with chest of drawers.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the patio. It has a private entrance and the patio has a hose to clean surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. The accommodation has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washing machine, fast wifi and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located in the urbanization El Recreo, a residential area with easy access by road and close to everything, just in front of the main street Batalla del Salado. From the apartment, in 5-15 minutes walking distance you can reach almost all points of interest in Tarifa. An ideal environment for those who are looking for the proximity to everything the town has to offer without worrying about long walks.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In just 2 minutes walk you will reach the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, or the bus station and cab rank. In less than 10 minutes you will be in the charming historic center or on the famous beach of Los Lances, the port of Tarifa is about 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket just a few minutes away as well.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
