Your property
The spacious 128 mĀ² house spread over three floors is bright and very comfortable. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, and two east- and west-facing terraces, ensuring natural light throughout the day.
Upon entering, you're greeted by a large living room with a comfortable sofa, a 75-inch Smart TV, a dining area, and a modern kitchen with high-end appliances: an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, juicer, blender... everything you need to cook and feel at home. This floor also features a full bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor are the three bedrooms: two doubles with 160 cm beds and one single with a 135 cm bed. One of the bedrooms has its own small private terrace. There is also another full bathroom here.
And on the top floor, the jewel of the house awaits you: a spacious terrace with a Jacuzzi for relaxing, and another with a dining table and views of the Atlantic Ocean, ideal for enjoying a magical dinner with the sunset in the background.

The neighborhood is safe and easily accessible, a perfect setting for those looking to unwind while still being close to everything Tarifa has to offer.
How to get around the area
The ideal way to get around the town is on foot, as it's small, accessible, and very pleasant for strolling. However, if you want to visit the beaches or surrounding areas, the road access is just a few minutes from the house. The house is about a 10-minute walk from Puerta Jerez and another 15-20 minutes from Los Lances Beach.
