This frontline apartment is much more than just accommodation; it is a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic, ideal for those looking for comfort and an unbeatable location. With capacity for 4 people, it has two bedrooms, equipped kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning / heating. It also includes private parking, elevator and access to the communal pool (seasonal).
The apartment is located on the second floor and is distributed on one floor, offering a comfortable and functional space. Upon entering, we are greeted by an integrated living-dining room with open kitchen, a table for four people and a sofa with coffee table, next to a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series.
From the living room there is access to the terrace, the real jewel of the house. Equipped with outdoor furniture and outdoor table, it is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with breathtaking views or, for kitesurfers, to observe the conditions at all times. No matter the time of day, these views are magical: the Isla de las Palomas with its lighthouse, Morocco in the background and spectacular sunsets.
The master bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm and closet, while the second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm, each with its own closet. The bathroom is equipped with shower and sink. This apartment is ideal for families looking for comfort and unforgettable views.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace, and an indoor parking space (narrow entrance, not suitable for large cars). The accommodation is located in a building with common areas, such as seasonal communal pool, usually open from June to September, garden area with shower and elevator with direct access to the subway parking for convenience. It has air conditioning hot / cold in all rooms, washing machine, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located in one of the most desirable urbanizations of Tarifa, you will have direct access to the promenade and the beach. A few steps away you will find a bike/skate path to walk along the coast and the best restaurants in the area, such as Surla, Papaya or Pueblo Nómada, with a wide offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.
The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably walk around both the neighborhood and the rest of the town. A 20-25 minute walk will take you to the charming historic center, either by the sea or along the lively Batalla del Salado street, full of stores and services.
If you prefer not to walk, you can also get around by car or cab; in high season parking in the center can be more complicated, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. For shopping, there is a Mercadona a few minutes drive away, and very close to the apartment you will find good dining options.
To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.

Cancellation policy: 95% refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days: 100% charge, except cleaning.
Damage deposit: A damage deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the ad. The guest must have sufficient credit card balance. The deposit will be blocked one day prior to arrival and will be released in full within 2 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection. Access to the property will only be granted once this has been provided.
Guest registration and rental agreement: Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
