This townhouse has a separate entrance from the street, through a flight of stairs, and is distributed over 3 floors. It also has a parking space right in front of the house, a very practical convenience.

Upon entering, a flight of stairs leads to the living-dining room with open kitchen. The space includes a table for five people, an armchair and a sofa with a low table in front of a large Smart TV, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your favorite series. A bay window connects the living room to a public garden. The luxurious kitchen, from the prestigious brand Porcelanosa, is equipped with high quality materials and a bar with two benches. You will also find a full bathroom with shower on this floor.

From the living room, another staircase leads to the sleeping area. The first bedroom has a single bed of 135 cm and built-in closet; the second bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm, built-in closet and a small balcony with a high table and two stools; and the third bedroom, also with a double bed of 160 cm and built-in closet. Between the bedrooms is the second bathroom with shower.

Climbing a last flight of stairs, we reach the jewel of the house: a mini bar with fridge and kitchenware separates two terraces. One of them, facing southwest, has a high table and offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the countryside, perfect for enjoying spectacular sunsets. The other terrace, larger, has an outdoor table, several armchairs and a jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace with jacuzzi and a parking space on the street. Just in front of the living room there is a public garden that can be enjoyed.
The accommodation has a separate entrance and features hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, 75-inch Smart TV, fast wifi and fully equipped luxury kitchen to prepare meals just like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located in the area of Albacerrado, a residential area easily accessible by road and close to everything but a little away from the bustle of the center, but still close enough to everything to reach within 5 to 20 minutes walk to almost all points of interest in Tarifa. It is a perfect environment for those looking to disconnect without giving up the proximity to everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In about 5 minutes walk you will reach the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services; in just 10 minutes the charming historic center or the bus station and cab rank. The famous beach of Los Lances is about 15 minutes walk away, the port of Tarifa about 20 minutes, and for shopping there is a Lidl just a few minutes drive away.

If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
