The apartment is located on the second floor and is distributed on one floor, offering a comfortable and functional space. Upon entering, we find a room with washer and dryer and then a bright living-dining room with open kitchen with island, table for four people and a large sofa with chaise longue and coffee table, next to a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series.
From the living room there is access to a large perimeter terrace that surrounds the entire house, equipped with two sun loungers and open views, perfect for enjoying unforgettable sunsets.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms, separated by a full bathroom with shower. Both have double beds of 150 cm and built-in closets; one of them has direct access to the terrace, while the other has a desk with chair.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace and an indoor parking space. The accommodation is located in a building with common areas and an elevator with direct access to the subway parking for convenience. The terrace has a hose to clean the surfing or kitesurfing equipment, perfect for water sports lovers. It has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washer and dryer, a desk with fast wifi and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home, making it ideal for long stays.

Located in the area of Albacerrado, a residential area easily accessible by road and close to everything but a little away from the bustle of the center, but still close enough to everything to reach within 5 to 20 minutes walk to almost all points of interest in Tarifa. It is a perfect environment for those looking to disconnect without giving up the proximity to everything Tarifa has to offer.
The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In about 5 minutes walk you will reach the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services; in just 10 minutes the charming historic center or the bus station and cab rank. The famous beach of Los Lances is about 15 minutes walk away, the port of Tarifa about 20 minutes, and for shopping there is a Lidl just a few minutes drive away.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
