If you feel like staying in a real magazine house, this is your place. Designed by a couple of decorators with exquisite taste, every detail is thought with care, as in a home lived and cared for. Just 2 minutes from the beach of Los Lances, it is ideal for families or kite surfers who want to enjoy the sea from a comfortable, bright and charming house. A space that feels cozy from the first moment.

This townhouse with separate entrance and capacity for 8 people is distributed on four floors and offers two distinct spaces, ideal for sharing without sacrificing privacy.
Upon accessing, we go down to a charming courtyard with plants and outdoor lounge, perfect for outdoor meals and with storage space for kitesurfing equipment. From here you enter the first studio: a cozy space with living-dining room, open kitchen with high table and 4 stools, sofa convertible into a 140 cm bed, Smart TV, a 160 cm bed with built-in closet and a full bathroom with Italian shower.
The second floor houses the heart of the house: a spacious and bright living room with large L-shaped sofa, also with its Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series, work area, dining room with open kitchen and a large table for 8 people. From here you access a beautiful patio with Moroccan handmade mosaic floor and chill-out area, ideal for reading, relaxing or sharing a drink. This floor also has a toilet.
On the upper floor is the sleeping area, with two bedrooms (beds of 180 cm and 160 cm), one of them with private shower and small terrace, plus a full bathroom. From here you can access the roof terrace, equipped with sun loungers and open views of the Atlantic, the Punta Paloma dune and Los Lances beach: a unique place to enjoy the sunsets and observe the kitesurfing conditions at all times.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire house, including its two spaces connected by exterior stairs, as well as to the private patios and terraces. The accommodation has an outdoor shower, hose and storage area for cleaning and storing surfing or kitesurfing equipment, ideal for water sports enthusiasts. It has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, desk with fast Wi-Fi and two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for long stays and to feel at home.

Located a few steps from the beautiful beach of Los Lances and some of the best restaurants in the area, such as Surla, Papaya or Pueblo Nómada, with a wide offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nearby you will also find the promenade with a bike/skate path to walk along the coast, as well as a park with games for children. A practical and strategic location to enjoy the sea, the city and everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In only 2 minutes you will reach the famous beach of Los Lances and in about 5 minutes the bus station and cab rank. In about 15 minutes, strolling along the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services, you will be in the charming historic center. The port of Tarifa is less than 20 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket within a few minutes drive.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.
