Elegant and minimalist, this beautiful townhouse with attention to detail offers a cozy feeling from the first moment. With capacity for 9 people and 4 bedrooms, it is ideal for large families or kite surfers looking for space, comfort and good location with swimming pool. Just 10-15 minutes walk from Los Lances beach and the historic center. It has a private patio with lounge and outdoor shower, wifi with desk, air conditioning hot/cold and fully equipped kitchen.

This townhouse with separate entrance is distributed on three floors and offers two distinct spaces, perfect for sharing in group without losing privacy.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a lovely patio with plants and outdoor lounge, ideal for reading, relaxing or sharing a drink and with space to store kitesurfing equipment. From the patio we access the spacious and bright main living room, with sofa with chaise longue, Smart TV, work area and dining area with open kitchen and high table with stools. On this floor there is also a full bathroom with shower.

Going down the stairs we reach a studio that can be made independent by a door. It has a table for four people, a sofa convertible into a 130 cm bed, a small equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds and built-in closet, and a complete bathroom with shower. It also has direct access to a back street through a large window.

On the floor above the living room is the sleeping area, with three bedrooms: one with two single beds of 90 cm and fitted closets; another with a 160 cm bed, fitted closet and balcony overlooking the communal pool; and the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and fitted closet. Between the bedrooms there is a shower with sink and a separate toilet.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its two connected spaces, as well as the private patio, which has an outdoor shower, hose and storage area for cleaning and storing surfing or kitesurfing equipment, ideal for water sports enthusiasts.
The accommodation has two independent entrances, but it is located in an urbanization with communal swimming pool (maximum 4 persons at a time per house) seasonal, generally open from June to September. To access the pool, you have to leave the accommodation and cross the street.
In addition, the house has air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, washer/dryer, desk with fast wifi and two fully equipped kitchens to prepare meals like at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.

Located in the area of Albacerrado, a residential area easily accessible by road and close to everything but a little away from the bustle of the center, but still close enough to everything to reach within 5 to 20 minutes walk to almost all points of interest in Tarifa. It is a perfect environment for those looking to disconnect without giving up the proximity to everything Tarifa has to offer.

The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, friendly and very accessible. From the apartment you can comfortably move around the neighborhood as well as the rest of the town. In about 5 minutes walk you will reach the lively street Batalla del Salado, full of stores and services; in just 10 minutes the charming historic center or the bus station and cab rank. The famous beach of Los Lances is about 15 minutes walk away, the port of Tarifa about 20 minutes, and for shopping there is a Lidl just a few minutes drive away.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or cab. In high season, parking in the center can be difficult, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches such as Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most convenient way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.

- SEASONAL swimming pool from June to September, open from 10h to 20h and can only be accessed in groups of 4 per house.
- To access the swimming pool, you have to leave the accommodation and cross the street.
