Spectacular duplex penthouse located in one of the best areas of Tarifa, in the heart of Playa de Los Lances. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, it is a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Tarifa, 5 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute drive to Valdevaqueros Beach.
A stylish and fully equipped apartment, has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family stay. Parking and high-speed wifi included in the stay.
The space
The cozy foyer gives us access to the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and the bright living room from which we access a 7m2 furnished terrace with wonderful ocean views. In the rest area located at the top is a double bedroom with a large built-in closet, a nice bathroom with bathtub, a dressing room and the master bedroom with access to the large sun terrace equipped with sofa and sun loungers perfect to enjoy the magnificent panoramic of Valdevaqueros and Punta Paloma or the starry summer nights.
It has a garage space (vans can’t fit), a storage room to store sports equipment, elevator and community areas with garden and pool. It has been renovated every inch of the property making it a versatile penthouse perfect for those who want to enjoy Tarifa with all kinds of amenities.
Guest access
The apartment is fully available to guests. The community area has a swimming pool and garden area, as well as a large space to play with the little ones without having to leave the development.
Other things to note
It is a family oriented apartment. Above all, we want residents to be able to rest without the vacation rental being a noisy and uncomfortable inconvenience at any time of the day. Please refrain from party groups as they are not allowed.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **300**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.
Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly forbidden in the property!
