Humero 270º is not just any apartment, it is a Penthouse par excellence. Its name is inherited as a nod to the ancient families of Tarifa that inhabited the place; El Humero were the hill and beach that many years ago filled the landscape of this quiet and privileged area of Tarifa. The 270º do not need explanation if you have already found the views that you will enjoy in it, although we give you a clue; it starts from Isla de Tarifa, and ends in dune of Punta Paloma.



The space

If you like to prepare your meals, dinners or breakfasts, the kitchen is fully equipped. Tableware, cutlery, pots, toaster, oven, utensils of all kinds… Can you imagine dining in the living room while enjoying the sunset?

Here, in addition to breathing the calmness and disconnection that its interior conveys, you can enjoy beautiful decoration cared for down to the smallest detail, top quality finishes throughout its furniture and premium services such as fiber optic connection and air conditioning.

The double bedroom has a 140cm bed and the room has a large wardrobe with two doors where you can place and hang clothes at home. The second room has a bunk bed along with a coat rack furniture. The bathroom features a comfortable dish shower and a separate washbasin.

Guest access

The apartment is accessible by a flight of stairs and is on the second floor. Once inside the apartment is a single floor and you will have access to the two bedrooms, bathroom, living room/kitchen and terrace.

You can park in your private parking space on the street in front. A great luxury in summer when it becomes difficult to find a parking space.

Other things to note

It is important to us that you do not make noise at night and that no parties are organized in the house. We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors of the urbanization, and of course keep the house and everything inside it clean and cared for. Thank you very much.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.

Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **300**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.

Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.

Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.

– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly forbidden in the property!
