The space
Feel at home in this cozy duplex apartment provided with all kinds of details, such as high speed fiber optic WIFI, high quality mattresses, totally new fully equipped kitchen, integral decoration through the prestigious local brand “TARIFA SOUL” and a unique location on the beachfront close to the center, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The best of your vacations begins with feeling like in your own home.
If you are not enough to have the sea just a few meters away, we suggest you take a splashdown in the private pool of the urbanization, one for adults and a smaller and shallow one for the little ones. Both are surrounded by beautiful gardens with palm trees and umbrellas, ideal for reading a book, resting or watching the famous Tarifa sunset. Common areas at the height of your holidays in this beautiful apartment.
Since your privacy on your vacation is the most important thing, you can contact any of our team whenever you need it, without the need for a face-to-face visit, as long as you need it. We want your comfort and disconnection to be our priority, so we will always be, as far as possible, at your disposal.

Getting Around
You will have free parking areas out the urbanization. It is true that in high season (July and August) it can be more complicated but very possible, the rest of the year you will park at the same door. In addition, as we have mentioned before, you have everything you need around you without having to take the car.
Guest access
Guests will have access and free use of all facilities.
Other things to note
This unique house is ideal for spending a few days disconnecting with the family in Tarifa, and it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy :
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **300**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.
Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly forbidden in the property!
