The space
La cama es matrimonial de dos metros y la habitación cuenta con un gran armario de tres puertas donde podréis colocar y colgar la ropa como en casa. El baño cuenta con una cómoda ducha de plato y un lavabo independiente, todo en un espacio amplio. Si os gusta prepararos vuestras comidas, cenas o desayunos, la cocina está equipada por completo. Menaje, cubertería, cazuelas, tostadora, microondas, utensilios de todo tipo… ¿Te imaginas cenar en el salón a la vez que disfrutáis de la puesta de sol?

La casa dispone de aire acondicionado, conexión wifi a Internet, lavadora y la urbanización cuenta con una piscina comunitaria vigilada que está abierta de junio a septiembre. Las mascotas son bienvenidas.
El apartamento está entre el paseo marítimo y uno de los barrios residenciales tranquilos alejados de la masificación turística del centro. No obstante, si necesitáis cualquier cosa, hay supermercados y tiendas a cinco minutos andando. Esto también se nota a la hora de aparcar el coche, pues en la zona suele haber sitios disponibles para estacionar. La entrada al casco antiguo a través de la histórica Puerta de Jerez está a ocho minutos caminando y la playa, a dos.
Other things to note
Es importante para nosotros que no hagáis ruido por la noche y que no se organicen fiestas en la casa. Os pedimos por favor que respetéis los vecinos de la urbanización, y por supuesto mantengáis la casa y todo lo que haya dentro de ella limpio y cuidado. Muchas gracias.

Payment: Pay 50% upfront and the rest 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total price. If you cancel within 30 days of check-in, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total price.
Check-in Rules
– Guests are required to sign the rental agreement and to provide a copy of a government-issued ID via a secure online form. Property access will only be given once this has been provided.
– A damage deposit of **300**€ is required. The property charges this a day before arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-out Rules
Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
Before your departure, please take care of the following:
• Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
• Place used towels in the basket.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Empty all the trash.
• Move all furniture and items back to original locations.
• Turn off the heater or AC if there is any.
• Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked.
• Put the key back in the key box if there is any, and change the numbers.
Additional Rules:
– Our Properties are all smoke-free homes, including the outside area surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. We kindly ask you to respect this important rule.
– We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 9am noise should be kept to a minimum. Parties are strictly forbidden in the property!
