Flexible Check-In & Check-Out

We coordinate with the guests their entrance to the house and we give them a warm welcome in the apartment. We explain the details and rules of the house, we deliver the keys and offer them the best recommendations about Tarifa and its surroundings so that they can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

We also take care of collecting the damage deposits, we sign the lease and we collect the IDs to send them to the Civil Guards. For check-out time we try to give them total flexibility as long as no other guests enter the same day, and we check that everything is in perfect conditions before returning the damage deposit.
