Located right in the center, it allows you to reach any point in Tarifa in 5-10 minutes on foot, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants nearby. It has an equipped kitchen, underground parking with an elevator, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi for a comfortable family stay.
The Space
The apartment is on the second floor and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor are the first bedroom with two single beds and an open wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower tray, and the master bedroom with a 150 cm bed, en-suite bathroom, open wardrobe, and views of Los Lances beach, which you can contemplate lying down from the bed.
Going up the stairs, the first floor houses the fully equipped kitchen and a small living room with a high table with stools, as well as a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite series. From here you access the terrace, the jewel of the house, with an outdoor sofa and a table with 4 chairs for outdoor dining.
This penthouse on the corner of the building combines the central location with unobstructed views thanks to the sports fields in front of it, creating a feeling of spaciousness and freedom. The terrace offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and Los Lances beach, perfect for unforgettable sunsets or for kitesurfing enthusiasts to observe the wind and sea conditions at all times.
Service and common areas
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including its private terrace, an indoor parking space, and a private storage room to store suitcases or surf or kitesurf equipment, perfect for water sports lovers.
The accommodation is in a building with common areas and an elevator with direct access to the underground parking for greater comfort. It has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, a desk with Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals as at home, which makes it ideal for long stays.
It is worth mentioning that in front of the apartment there is a soccer field that can sometimes cause noise.

Neighborhood description
Located in a central residential area with easy road access and close to everything. From the apartment, most of Tarifa’s points of interest can be reached in 5-15 minutes on foot. Around it you will find small shops, cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants, an ideal environment for those who want to enjoy everything the town offers without worrying about parking or long walks.
Despite the typical daytime activity of the center, being a corner penthouse and not having buildings in front, but rather large sports areas, the apartment offers tranquility and a feeling of spaciousness, with clear views and open spaces that contrast with the urban environment.
Getting around the area
The best way to get around Tarifa is on foot: the town is small, pleasant, and very accessible. From the apartment you can move comfortably both around the neighborhood and throughout the rest of the city. In just 2 minutes on foot you will reach the lively Batalla del Salado street, with shops and services. In 5 minutes you will be at the famous Los Lances beach and in 7 minutes in the charming historic center or at the bus station and taxi stand. Tarifa Port is about 10 minutes away, and for shopping there is a supermarket right outside the building.
If you prefer not to walk, you can get around by car or taxi. In high season, parking in the center can be complicated, so we will provide you with a guide with paid parking options. To explore the surroundings and beaches like Bolonia or Valdevaqueros, the most comfortable way is to use the car, with quick access to the road from the accommodation.

Cancellation policy: 95% refund of the amount paid for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations less than 30 days: 100% charge, except cleaning fee.

The deposit will be blocked one day before arrival and unblocked in full within 2 days after check-out, subject to property inspection.
